    "Phenomenal job! Nathan came out on time, gave an estimate, and once it was approved came back out to do the work. He and his assistant didn't even take a lunch break, and when hidden problems led to far more work than the estimate, they stuck to the estimate while also taking care of the additional problems! Pipes and Plugs has just become my go-to team for electrical and plumbing issues. They kept the job meticulously clean, and even wore booties when coming into my client's house.     Andrew, Mike, and Kevin with Pipes and Plugs are some of the most outstanding professionals we have ever had the pleasure of working with!!   • Quick Response Time
    We experienced a surge problem after our power was restored yesterday (post-Hurricane Laura). Unsure of if it was an issue with our home wiring or with our neighborhood power lines we called Pipes & Plugs for help. They informed us that they would be here between 10 am and 12 noon. They arrived before 10 am and quickly realized that the issue was not with our home but with the power line near our home. During our conversation, we learned that all three guys including Kevin were here on their day off. We were very thankful for their quick response to our call and will definitely call them if/when the need arises.

    Our day started on a high note as your office personnel called to say she had an opening, today instead of Thursday. Nathan showed up with Blake at the door with a very informative introduction. Nathan took the time to sort out what we wanted and needed to be done. Then he wrote up a bill. He was extremely knowledgeable about the bill charges. He explained at first we were going to use a new water heater we had bought already and those charges! Then he explained the benefits of using the water heater you guys recommended. His explanation was so beneficial to us in making the choice to upgrade and include the water heater he recommended! We’re so pleased and impressed with Nathan’s knowledge, recommendations, work habits and courteous responses to us. We will recommend Pipes & Plugs New Iberia and Nathan to all of our friends.     We love Pipes and Plugs! This is not the first time we have used them, and they are always very fast, efficient, and professional. Our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain on Tuesday night, so I called and was put on the schedule for Wednesday. I received a call from Seth and Nathan bright and early to let me know they were on their way, and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes of their arrival time. They also noticed that my water pressure to the sink was very low, so they took an extra 5 minutes and cleaned out the tap and fixed that problem as well, free of charge. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and plan to use them again if necessary in the future.

They took care of my water leak quickly. You don't know how much you miss running water until you don't have it.
