Stephen Prudhomme

Stephen has been a valued member of the Pipes and Plugs team for the past six years. With over 12 years of experience working as a service technician, he brings a deep understanding of the field to his role as Service Manager. His hands-on background helps him support both customers and technicians with practical knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

Stephen believes strongly in the power of mindset, which is why his favorite quote is: “If you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.” That philosophy shapes the way he approaches both challenges and opportunities.

What Stephen loves most about Pipes and Plugs is the culture. Being part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and still finds ways to have fun makes the job meaningful to him. He especially enjoys serving his team and helping others succeed, something that has helped him grow both as a leader and as a person.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys bowling, serving at his church, and maintaining saltwater reef aquariums—a hobby that combines patience, precision, and a love for marine life.
