Caleb Barras

Caleb has been a part of the Pipes and Plugs team for the past four years and has grown significantly during his time with the company. Some of his proudest professional accomplishments include becoming a licensed Journeyman Plumber, stepping into a Team Lead role, and expanding his skills by gaining valuable electrical experience. His dedication to learning and improving his craft continues to make him a strong leader and an important part of the team.

Caleb lives by the quote: “There is no neutral in life. If you’re not moving forward, you’re moving backwards.” This mindset drives him to keep growing, pushing himself to improve and encouraging those around him to do the same.

What Caleb enjoys most about being part of the Pipes and Plugs team is the camaraderie. From team-building days to the strong friendships he’s built along the way, he appreciates being part of a group that works hard, supports each other, and still finds time to have fun. He also enjoys the occasional after-work football games with the team.

Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. His hobbies include golf, softball, hunting, fishing, and spending time on the water. He is especially passionate about softball and loves being involved in his local softball league.
